微晶陶瓷刚玉ceramic microcrystalline alumina 是一种以含特殊氧化铝的物质为主要原料,使用“溶胶-凝胶”Sol-Gel工艺制备的烧结态多晶磨料，可应用于固结磨具以及涂附磨具，并在超硬磨具中有一定的使用。陶瓷微晶刚玉具有独特的显微结构，硬度高、韧性大、自锐性好，在磨削时切削速度快，磨削寿命长，不易烧伤工件，而且能源消耗低。磨削时，由于自身尖锐的棱角分明的结构，因此不断破裂以形成尖锐的点，每个磨粒以其晶体微刃磨削或抛光，以其晶粒进行自锐，保持每个磨粒的锋利性。它具有硬度高、韧性好、磨削锋利、发热量少等特点。特别适用于各种合金钢、淬火钢、工具钢、硬铬、硬铸铁等材料的磨削。
Blue Ceramic Alumina (BCA) is a sintered microcrystalline abrasive made by a sol-gel process with special alumina as the main raw material and mixed with various modified components. BCA can be used in bonded abrasives and coated abrasives, and has a certain application in superhard abrasives. BCA has unique microstructure, high hardness, good toughness, good self-sharpening, fast cutting speed, long life of grinding, low heating not easy to burn workpieces, and low energy consumption. During grinding, due to its sharp angular structure, it is constantly broken to form sharp points. Each abrasive grain is ground or polished with its sharp crystal micro edge, and self sharpened with its grain to maintain the sharpness of each abrasive grain. It has a wide range of applications, not only grinding under high pressure, but also in fine grinding of various materials, including gear grinding, bearing grinding, crankshaft grinding, roll grindings and so on. It is especially suitable for gringding all kinds of alloy steel, quenched steel, tool steel, hard chromium, hard cast iron and other materials.
